To: Promote Transportation via Land Sea and
Air in the State of Southern Arizona USA and the State of Sonora
Mexico
To: Expand the Sea Ports of Mazatlan and Guaymas to be able to
handle larger Containerships and Passenger liners
To: Promote an expanded infrastructure in Mexico and Southern
Arizona.
To: Enlarge the Intermodal Ports existing in Southern Arizona and
encourage such new Ports in Arizona and Sonora Mexico.
To: Promote the entire coastline of the Sea of Cortez.
To: Arizona and Sonora to resemble the Dubai United Emirates’ Model.
To: Accomplish this within a 5 to 10 year time frame.
Description of the Business
TELCO formerly known as Transpacific Engineering
and Logistic CO. have existed as a consultant group and have done
all the vision studies since the early part of 2005 when Captain
Albert Melvin and Curt Pedersen met to promote the idea of an
additional Intermodal- port in Southern Arizona and in Sonora Mexico
to take advantage of the unacceptable container congestion presently
experienced at the west coast ports and most especially the ports of
Los Angeles and Long Beach.
